Returns & Refunds policy

At MindFlow Solutions LLC FZ ("MindFlow"), we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation services. Because our services involve significant labor, strategy development, and third-party costs, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Service Commencement

Work on a project is considered "commenced" once the initial strategy session has been held, or once our team has begun research, onboarding, or setup for your account.

2. Refund Eligibility

Digital Marketing Services: Due to the nature of digital services (SEO, Social Media Management, PPC Management), all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds for work already performed or for months of service already completed.

Advance Deposits: If a project is cancelled by the Client within 48 hours of payment and before any work has commenced, a full refund (minus a 5% administrative and transaction fee) may be issued.

Non-Refundable Items:

Setup or onboarding fees.

Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend paid directly to Google, Meta, or LinkedIn).

Fees for work already completed or hours already billed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing monthly service agreements under the following terms:

Notice Period: A written notice of cancellation is required [e.g., 30 days] before the next billing cycle.

Final Billing: The Client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the end of the notice period.

4. Service Credits

In the event that a client is unsatisfied with the quality of a specific deliverable, MindFlow may, at its sole discretion, offer a Service Credit or additional revisions to rectify the issue. We do not guarantee specific financial results (e.g., a specific number of sales), as digital marketing performance depends on external market factors.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Dubai Government and the Meydan Free Zone regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
